Step 1
Opening Consultation
Fill out the form below, describing what you are looking for along with reference images. Have a 30 minute initial consultation with our designer to discuss options, online or in person. You will then be sent a mood board with some initial sketches:
- Tell us about your dream frame
- You will receive initial sketches
- We take your measurements online or in person
Online / international customer
Taking measurements via email is easy. All we need is 2 photos from your camera phone.
Local customer:
Our showroom and workshop is located in Edinburgh. We can take your measurements in person if you prefer.
Step 2
Bespoke Design
Using the reference images in Step 1, we start incorporating your ideas into the frame design. Usually 3-4 iterations of the design until finalising your dream frame.

- Prototyping and design mock ups
- Confirmation of final design
Step 3
Manufacture
After confirmation, your bespoke eyewear design is ready. We start handcrafting your frame using our sustainable technology. This step usually takes around 4 weeks to process.

- Our handcrafted process takes 4 weeks
- Delivery via international tracked shipping
